Phone/Email Support for Red Hat Linux, Caldera/SCO OpenLinux, OpenServer, Open UNIX, UnixWare, Solaris, HP OpenMail (Scalix and Samsung Contact), SmoothWall and F-Prot products. Charged as a "Time and Materials" type call. This means that the call is logged, and then queued up for the earliest possible response by a Support Engineer via telephone or e-mail.

Billed via a credit card only
A$80 per half hour
Billed in half hour blocks (A$80 minimum charge).
The Support Engineer will seek your additional authorisation for additional blocks if they are required.
