Onsite Support

Onsite Support is available on pay-as-you-go billing and is charged on a "Time and Materials" basis. This means that the call is logged, and then queued up for the earliest possible response by a Support Engineer. 

To initiate Onsite Support:

  • Call 02 9659 9590 and ask to log an Onsite Support request, or
  • E-mail support@customtech.com.au and include a detailed incident description and full contact details including telephone number.
Standard operating hours for Custom Technology Onsite Support  are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Australian EST excluding public holidays. To arrange for prepaid vouchers, upgraded response time, after-hours support, or other customised support requirements please call 02 9659 9590 or email support@customtech.com.au.
 

Phone/Email Support

Phone/Email Support is available on pay-as-you-go billing and is charged as a "Time and Materials" type call. This means that the call is logged, and then queued up for the earliest possible response by a Support Engineer via telephone or e-mail. 
 
  • Billed via a credit card 
  • A$80 per half hour 
  • Billed in half hour blocks
To initiate Phone/Email Support:
  • Call 02 9659 9590 and ask to log a Phone/Email Support Incident, or
  • E-mail support@customtech.com.au and include a detailed incident description and full contact details including telephone number.
For Phone/Email Support, a credit card is required at the time a support call is placed. Custom Technology Phone/Email Support operating hours are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm Australian EST excluding public holidays.
