on pay-as-you-go billing and is charged on a "Time and Materials" basis.
This means that the call is logged, and then queued up for the earliest
possible response by a Support Engineer.

Standard operating hours for
Custom Technology Onsite Support are Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Australian EST excluding public holidays. To arrange for prepaid vouchers,
upgraded response time, after-hours support, or other customised support
